A growing medical device company in Chennai needed a modern HR system to replace its manual, Excel-based processes. Their HR team struggled with managing attendance, leave, performance reviews, and employee data across spreadsheets. With expansion underway, they required a scalable HR platform with automation, structured workflows, and a smooth performance appraisal cycle. They also needed hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure adoption across the organisation.

Solution & Implementation

Data Migration from Excel

We migrated all employee data, historic records, leave balances, attendance logs, and performance information into Zoho People with complete validation and cleanup.

End-to-End Module Configuration

Every Zoho People module—Leave, Attendance, Time, Files, Onboarding, Performance, and more—was configured to match the organisation’s internal policies and workflows.
