Incepted in the year 2004, they manufactured the best quality transducers at competitive rates in India to eliminate the threat of sub-standard imported products imported from other Asian countries.

Opportunity

The client needed their existing out of the box CRM to be customised with basic automation as per their specific requirement. They had issues of leads, not getting pushed to its respective module from the sales pipeline channel. They required a complete restructuring of their users' profile setup along with training, reporting and dashboard setup.

Approach

To start the project, we worked on their primary and crucial requirement of having leads sent to their CRM from the Indiamart portal. We quickly resolved the issue at hand before the customisation process. We set up alerts with specific automation to intimate the team when a lead was not contacted after being sent to the leads module.

A lead scoring system was set in place to monitor the quality of the lead. Reports and dashboards showcased the turn around time of the leads. These systems helped the brand understand the ROI of this marketing channel compared to others.

Leads were routed to the users based on pre-set conditions or events to ensure they are contacted with an email or call. We customised and automated the quotation process of the company. Instead of preparing the quotation for a customer on an excel or word, we set the deals and products module to enable easy fetch of data to push out quotation templates and facilitate easy email process of the same.

This particular set up saved the sales team precious time and improved their productivity. Most used modules of the CRM were customed, and workflows were set in place to enable easy push and pull of data. We trained the sales team in approaching the CRM as an ever-evolving process. We are working closely and providing them with after implementation services to improve productivity further and reduce the sales cycle.
